REGAIN CONFIDENCE

Ways to Regain Confidence.

Have you ever felt that you look out of shape? Did that make you loose confident?
Hmmmm....I recently felt that way. I had gained some extra weight. But feeling sorry for myself would not help shed off some pounds. What am I doing?
I am taking the right steps to loose that extra weight weight and somehow I am regaining that confident. My secret; I exercise (at least 15 minutes), eat healthy and on time (do not skip breakfast) and drink lot of water (at least 8 glasses per day.
